1. About FA TECH LLC

FA TECH LLC provides professional truck dispatching and logistics support services to owner-operators, carriers, and trucking companies across the United States. We act as a service provider and are not a motor carrier, freight broker, or shipper.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal authority to operate a commercial vehicle or trucking business

  • All information you provide is accurate and current

3. Scope of Services

Our dispatch services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Load sourcing and booking

  • Freight rate negotiation

  • Broker communication

  • Route coordination and scheduling

  • Load tracking support

  • Paperwork assistance and invoicing support

FATECHLLC does not guarantee specific load availability, rates, or income.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

You acknowledge that:

  • You are an independent contractor

  • FA TECH LLC does not control how you operate your vehicle

  • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including DOT and FMCSA regulations

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Dispatch fees are agreed upon in writing prior to service activation

  • Fees may be charged as a flat rate or percentage per load

  • You authorize FA TECH LLC to invoice according to the agreed structure

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

6. Carrier Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain active authority, insurance, and compliance

  • Provide accurate documents (MC, insurance, W-9, factoring info)

  • Communicate promptly regarding load status and issues

  • Deliver freight safely and professionally

Any fines, penalties, claims, or losses arising from your operations are your sole responsibility.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to secure high-quality and profitable loads, FA TECH LLC does not guarantee income, load frequency, or specific rates. Market conditions, broker availability, and carrier preferences may impact results.

8. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Services

  • Suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms

  • Refuse service at our discretion

You may terminate services according to your signed dispatch agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FA TECH LLC is not liable for lost profits, delays, accidents, fines, or business interruptions

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for dispatch services in the preceding 30 days

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FA TECH LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your trucking operations

  • Regulatory violations

  • Freight damage or delivery issues

  • Breach of these Terms

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, and materials on this website are the property of FA TECH LLC and may not be used without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate courts located in New York, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
